As little children line up to keep the dentists in business for another year, the sheer volume of candy that crosses our paths on Halloween is undeniable. Americans are expected to eat 90 Million pounds of candy this Halloween, and spend a grand total of $7.4 Billion dollars on the sweet snacks this October. No matter how you slice it, that’s a whole lot of candy.
But it begs the question, which Halloween Candies are plant-based? With so much dairy, eggs, and gelatin hiding in your candy like a monster under the bed, we’ve compiled this list of 100% plant-based candies to pass out to trick-or-treaters this Halloween season.
Be warned, the candies listed below are addictive, and may very well induce some sugar-rush Halloween shenanigans!

One user says: “These are my favorite candy. I can’t eat just a couple so I do not always have a supply. My adult children like the[m] too!”
Kris says: “My wife and I ate the whole box over one weekend. We’re officially sick of Airheads now but I still can’t believe we were able to get 90 bars for so cheap. This is basically a retail box and has what seemed like an equal amount of all the flavors. A few of the bars were smushed up, but the majority of them were “in good condition”.
One user says: “I have bought a bulk quantity of twizzlers in past but found it a pain to unwrap each one of them. This is exactly what i was looking for.”
Zio says: “I am a connoisseur of skittles. I usually have skittles in multiple places at work and home. I have a bad habit of buying them and then not eating them. When I bought this pack, they were hard and stale, I then ate a bag of skittles I had purchased a year before (I knew because I bought both for Halloween), they tasted fresher than these, which makes me wonder just how long these bulk packs of skittles have been sitting in a warehouse.”

Kelly says: “They were a bit chewier than I remember. I hope it was that and not that they’d been sitting around on a shelf forever…my only reason for 4 stars.
Other than that, they still taste as great as I remember. Sweet but not sugary sickeningly sweet (think Starburst, but delightfully toned down).”
Jennifer says: “I’m always hesitant to order cases of candy and goods like this because I’m always nervous about getting some close to the expiration date that are either hard or stale. One box arriving that way is enough to make me shrug and go, “Oh well,” but an entire case? Too much hassle!”
11. Bottle Caps

Jim says: “Same great taste as I remember as a kid, but they look different. They just look like little pills. Before they used to look like a bottle cap. Still, they do taste good.”

One user says: “The pixie sticks were a hit at my candy bar! They came in bundles that were in plastic so not much mess when opening them. They are so tasty, straight sugar but soooo good. I will buy more of these for our 4th of July celebration. Who doesn’t love colored sugar!”
